Meeting Presence – We can present your reports to your leadership team in your internal finance meetings, giving you confidence that the reports are interpreted correctly
Action Call - These reports are then followed up with a meeting to agree and schedule action.
Budgets
Working with you, and using previous years as a guide we'll put together a comprehensive budget. This will predominately look at your income and expenses but also take into account loan repayments, VAT repayments and when certain bills fall, so that we're able to not only manage your business through the year but also can plan ahead for any cash flow issues that may arise.
