Meeting Presence – We can present your reports to your leadership team in your internal finance meetings, giving you confidence that the reports are interpreted correctly
Action Call - These reports are then followed up with a meeting to agree and schedule action.
Working with you, and using previous years as a guide we'll put together a comprehensive budget.
