Pricing

Find out more about how our pricing structure works, how we quote and how you can find out how much our services cost.

How much will it cost?

This is a really difficult question to answer. Businesses are inherently difficult to quote for because every business is different. Some accountants and bookkeepers will quote based on turnover, or number of hours required each month. The simple fact is that your turnover doesn't necessarily affect how much work we have to do. We're more interested in questions like, how many transactions do you have, how many employees do you have, what depth of detail to you want in your financial statements. Reach out today and after ensuring we're a good fit we'll send you an in depth proposal laying out the prices clearly.

Do you offer any discounts?

I'm afraid not. Business spend hours going through in depth costing analysis, ensuring everything is adjusted for and that the price is both value for money and competitive. Ours is no different. The price that we quote is based on your business exclusively and the work that will be required.

Will my price every increase?

Maybe. Our prices are reviewed periodically, meaning that you may see an increase in prices from time to time, this is normally to reflect the additional work required. The rate won't change between April and March however and will only increase by inflation or less.

How often do your review our price?

This depends on the service that you purchase. For Payroll, we review our pricing monthly, this is based on number of employees so in a month where you have less employees, we'll charge you less. Bookkeeping services are reviewed quarterley, this is to make sure that a busier or quieter month is a pattern rather than just hiking the price immediately
